Spell

Susurrus of Unmaking

Created by Titan Lord

The Susurrus of Unmaking summons the Archivists of Silence, ancient keepers of forgotten knowledge, to descend upon the battlefield. Their whispers echo across the fabric of reality, unraveling deeds, memories, and even the very destinies of those caught within the area of effect. Each creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, and on a failure, they are stripped of a major memory, class ability, or spell preparation. Legendary creatures instead lose access to a legendary action or lair action for a brief time. The spell's power extends beyond the living, as summoned creatures, constructs, and illusions vanish as if they never existed. Even magic items within the area must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or lose one of their abilities or properties for a day. A second pulse of the Susurrus ripples through the battlefield, affecting the same targets once more.
