Dark Excalibur Living Weapon

Created by LegendaryTitan8597

This imposing greatsword manifests from an intricate tattoo etched upon the wielder's arm, materializing fully formed whenever summoned through touch. The blade itself possesses a cunning intellect and will, capable of communicating with its bearer through subtle impressions and intuitive understanding. Dark Excalibur demands that its wielder conduct themselves with unwavering honor and devotion to their chosen deity, constantly judging their actions and moral choices. When the wielder remains true to their faith and principles, the weapon rewards their virtue by conjuring spectral wings of shadow that unfold from the bearer's back, granting the ability to soar through the air with supernatural grace. This gift of flight manifests once per day and lasts until the wielder rests, providing both tactical advantage and spiritual validation. Should the wielder betray their oath or act with dishonor, the weapon grows silent and withdrawn, withholding its blessing until penance is made. The blade itself radiates an aura of divine purpose, marking its bearer as a champion bound by both duty and destiny.
