Lighter Boomerang

Created by Noukentio

This magical boomerang defies the laws of physics by remaining suspended in mid-air once thrown, casting a warm, steady glow that brightens the surrounding area as if lit by several torches. The weapon's surface shimmers with an ethereal light that can be dimmed or brightened by the wielder's command, making it invaluable for navigating dark dungeons and caverns. When thrown, it follows a controlled flight path before hovering at a designated location, allowing adventurers to establish a mobile source of illumination without needing to hold a torch. The boomerang can be recalled to the wielder's hand with a simple gesture, extinguishing its light as it returns. Its wooden frame is reinforced with bands of enchanted silver that never dull or wear, allowing it to function as both a practical tool and a capable throwing weapon. Whether used for exploration, combat, or simply dispelling the darkness of an underground lair, this ingenious creation proves that magic and utility need not be mutually exclusive.
