Character
Kaia Noh
Created by AuraThaGOATKaia Noh was born in the border markets of Kovissai, where her merchant parents moved between three different kingdoms, teaching her that compassion transcends any drawn line on a map. When the Deviant incursions began, a strange mutation seized her body during a collapse—her nervous system rewiring itself into something that could read the world's momentum like music, turning her muscles into instruments of impossible balance and redirection. She didn't understand her gift at first, only that she could move where others fell, climb where others froze, and that her body seemed to know the answer before her mind could ask the question. Rather than seek glory as a warrior, Kaia chose to become a bridge—the one who rushes into the chaos of collapsing buildings and burning streets not to fight, but to pull people to safety, to be the last one out when everyone else has fled. Her heightened senses make crowds and explosions torture her, yet she runs toward them anyway, her independence fueled not by recklessness but by a quiet refusal to accept that anyone should be left behind. The League calls her Windstep and speaks of her speed, but Kaia knows the truth—she simply keeps moving when the world demands she stop, and she brings others with her.
