Invite Collaborators

Invite a user directly from a Shared World or through its Members view, then assign the permissions they need.

Invite directly

1. Open the Shared World.
2. Tap Invite.
3. Enter the username.
4. Select the matching user.
5. Set the available permissions.
6. Tap Invite.

Invite through Members

1. Open the Shared World and open Menu.
2. Tap Members.
3. Open the add-member control.
4. Enter the username and select the user.
5. Set the available permissions.
6. Send the invitation.

The invitation remains pending until the user responds. After acceptance, the person appears under active members.

Troubleshooting

• The user is not found: confirm the exact username and try the search again.
• The invite remains pending: the invited user must open the notification and choose Accept or Decline.
• Invite or Members is missing: confirm that the World is configured for collaboration and that your role includes member-management access.
