Shared World roles and individual permissions control what each member can see or change. Review the switches shown when inviting or editing a member instead of assuming every person with the same role has identical access.

Roles at a glance

  • The Owner controls the World and its collaboration settings.
  • An Admin can receive broad World and member-management access.
  • A Collaborator can receive editing and content permissions selected by the Owner.
  • A Contributor generally has a narrower content-focused role.

Available actions depend on the assigned role and its selected permissions. Controls can include editing the World, adding or moving Summons, publishing, and managing members.
