Once these conditions are met, subsequent uses of the horn can summon a formidable army of five thousand goblins with diverse specialized classes, from skilled archers to cunning rogues and battle-hardened warriors. The summoned creatures remain for up to 1 hour or until they are reduced to 0 hit points, after which they fade from existence. The horn cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.
