Glitch Whistle

This innocuous-looking whistle emits a frequency inaudible to the human ear, though birds and other creatures with keen hearing may react with agitation or distress when sounded. When activated, all electrical devices and magical constructs within 60 feet begin to malfunction and spark erratically, their systems overwhelmed by the whistle's disruptive resonance.
