The Rose Thorn Cemetery is a hauntingly beautiful and enchanted place that has a rich and storied history. Once a simple burial ground, it expanded greatly during a long and arduous war, as the women and children left behind sought solace and a way to support their soldiers. Frustrated by their inactivity, they turned to the old ways of witchcraft, first using their powers to curse the invaders and aid their protectors. Though the soldiers never knew of their magical supporters, the village ultimately emerged victorious. Over time, the coven became increasingly seduced by the old gods, embracing more and more of the ancient traditions. As a result, the cemetery transformed, with red roses bearing the sharpest of thorns growing around the walls and throughout the grounds. Now, the cemetery is a place of great power and mystery, often experienced as larger from within its borders. Visitors may embark on long, haunted journeys or undergo profound vision quests, encountering ghosts or even experiencing shifts in time. Some never return, while others emerge with unparalleled sorcery, forever changed by the cemetery's enchantments.

The Dark Cathedral stands as a testament to the tumultuous history of this land. Once a site of pagan worship, it was later claimed by Christian authorities, and a grand cathedral was erected, towering over the surrounding countryside for centuries. In recent times, two enigmatic families, each with their own dark arcane past, have come together to purchase the land, captivated by the cathedral's striking architecture and history. The interior of the once-holy structure has been transformed into a covenstead, where rituals and sermons advocating the dark arts are now held. An eerie, unsettling atmosphere permeates the cathedral, as it has become a haven for demons and familiar spirits, serving as a training ground for many aspiring witches. The sanctuary now proudly displays a towering, two-story statue of the eldritch witch goddess, Hecate, while the walls are adorned with artwork depicting demons and underworld creatures. The only outward sign of the dark forces that now hold sway within the cathedral is the pentagram that has replaced the cross atop the steeple, a stark and ominous symbol of the new powers that now reign over this once-sacred space.

The Sanderson Cottage is a peculiar and unsettling dwelling, steeped in a history of dark magic and sinister deeds. Once the ancestral home of the infamous Witch Drusilla the Dreadful, it now belongs to her daughters, the notorious Sanderson sisters - Winifred, Mary, and Sarah. The cottage itself is a large, square structure with a visible upper level and ground floor, but whispers of a hidden dungeon and more horrifying secrets beneath the clandestine abode abound. The walls are lined with spell books, magical objects, and collected potion ingredients, creating an atmosphere of arcane power. A fireplace with a small cauldron dominates one wall, while shelves filled with candles, ingredients, and potions line the other surfaces. The cottage is said to be a supernatural being in its own right, transforming back to its ancient glory upon the arrival of the Sanderson sisters. When they return, the cottage restocks its stores of ingredients, relights its candles, and even reignites the fire beneath the cauldron - a cauldron large enough to cook a child, as some have tragically discovered. More recently, the cottage has been reported to mysteriously appear in other realms within the multiverse, a testament to the growing power and influence of the Sanderson sisters. The very walls of this haunted dwelling are said to whisper of the bones of a hundred children, and countless other victims, buried within its boundaries, a grim reminder of the dark forces that dwell within.
